Where is Neilcorp Homes located?
Our new Riverfront Estates Sales Centre is just off Paterson
Street in Almonte, Ontario. The hours for our Sales Centre are as
follows:
Monday to Wednesday 1 pm - 7 pm
Thursday 1 pm - 5 pm
Friday Closed
Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 5 pm

How long does it usually take to build a home with
Neilcorp?
Our homes are usually completed in only four or five months. Each
home is different. However, when we set a closing date, we stick to
it. We have not missed a closing date yet.
How can I find your showroom?
Getting to the new Riverfront Estates sales office is a breeze.
From the Queensway West (417) take Exit #155 (March Road), and turn
left towards Almonte. This is clearly marked on the exit sign.
Stay on March Road, which eventually becomes Ottawa Street, for
about eight minutes. Turn left onto Paterson Street, and after you
pass two schools you will see signs for Neilcorp Homes. The new
Riverfront Estates Sales Office is just off Paterson Street, on
Johanna Street.
Do you build bungalows?
We have bungalow plans from 1350 sq ft to approx 1700 sq ft with
additional loft options available for several of our new homes. Our
plans can be modified or enlarged depending on your individual
lifestyle and size of the lot that you choose.
What are the size of the lots that are
available?
We offer a choice of 50' and 60' frontages with depths of 100' to
130'. All of our single homes offer oversized double car
garages.
What if I have a house to sell?
We will hold your lot and your price with a conditional offer,
based on the sale of your existing home. We do not start your new
home until you choose to waive the condition.
What comes standard and what are upgrades in the model
home?
At Neilcorp Homes, we're different from other new homes builders
because of the amount of choice that we offer in flooring,
cabinetry, lighting, interior finishes, and such that will give
every customer their own truly unique space.

Do I need an interior designer to make all of these
choices related to my new home?
You will be guided through the decision-making process by our
professional team of design specialists. For example, you even get
a free consultation with a qualified Deslaurier Custom Cabinets
kitchen designer to design the kitchen of your dreams. Many
customers do have their own interior designer to help them with the
process, but it is not necessary.
Will you be building houses by the Mississippi River? And
if so, when?
There will only be parkland beside the river, so that every new
home in the community has access to it, and every one can enjoy it.
This park will only be a short walk from anywhere in the Riverfront
Estates neighbourhood.
Do you have models of all your homes? I'm having trouble
visualizing what exactly my new home will look like when it's
complete.
We would be happy to walk you through a similar home under
construction to get a feel for the space, or use the model home as
a reference. We can also compare plans so that you know exactly
what your new home will look like.
What if I have sold my old home and my new home isn't ready
yet?
Neilcorp Homes takes great pride in never having missed a closing
date when building one of our many new homes. We allow ourselves
enough time to build the homes, we have reliable trades people, and
we don't over schedule.
Are your new homes on well and septic?
The new homes available at Riverfront Estates enjoy all the
municipal services offered in the bigger cities, as well as
high-speed Internet.
